What is Wild Witchcraft?
Wild Witchcraft is a term I use to describe a natural, land-based and spirit-led approach to the witching arts. It is a shamanic practice, drawing upon a connection to the land and our ancestors, and mingled with practical magical skills.

What does the course offer?
This apprenticeship is designed to give students a grounding in Wild Witchcraft, to develop their skills, grow spiritually, and to build right relationships with the sacred.

Over the course of a year we will cover;

Foundation practices, such as shamanic breathing, meditation, pathworking, psychic development, spiritual cleansing and protection.

Ancestor veneration, building shrines to our beloved dead, calling upon their help and guidance.

Working the land, animism, leylines, places of power, honouring the wights and nymphs, and seasonal rites.

Divination, oracles and omens.

Flora and fauna, connecting with plant and animal spirits.

Spirit work, developing right relationships with the holy powers and spirits of the Otherworld.

Tools of the Wild Witch, collecting natural objects, crafting tools.

Laying the compass, creating circles and places of power for various purposes.

Trancework, altering consciousness, travelling into the Otherworld.

The Green Path, magical herbalism, treading lightly on the earth.

The White Path, healing, cleansing and exorcism.

The Red Path, love, protection and reversal magic.

The Black Path, aggressive magic, binding, ethics of curses.

Is this a course in Wicca or Paganism?
No, this course is designed to give a student of any spiritual background a skillset applicable to witchcraft and shamanic practice. It is not tied to Wicca, nor any general or specific pagan tradition.

Please note that while this course does not follow any specific spiritual tradition, it does have an animistic and polytheistic worldview. Spirits and deities are considered real, independent beings of power and influence, not as aspects of a single divine being, nor as psychological archetypes or constructs.

Will this training make me a shaman?
No. While I teach shamanic techniques and this course will enable you to be a shamanic practitioner, it will not confer shamanic initiation. To be a shaman, one must have undergone an Otherworldly initiation during which the spirits make you a shaman, usually after a serious illness. This training will give students basic skills which will be of benefit should they ever receive shamanic initiation, but cannot offer such an experience.

This cost of this training is £50 per session, making a total of £650 for the full year. Students may pay on a month by month basis, or for the whole year. If you chose to pay for the full year up front, the cost will be £550 if paid before the 1st of September 2017.
